Effective date: 2026-07-10
This privacy policy applies to the RL Coach for Windows desktop app (distributed via the Microsoft Store). RL Coach (“the app”) is provided by JumaCorp at no cost. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used. The Android and iOS mobile apps are covered by a separate policy.
RL Coach analyzes Rocket League replay files entirely on your device. Replays you open are read and processed locally in the app — they are not uploaded to any server, not stored outside your device, and not shared with us or anyone else. Closing or deleting a replay removes it from the app; you can also remove replay files from your device at any time through your file manager.
The in-app AI Coach (coaching explanations and recommendations) likewise runs entirely on your device. Your replay data and your coaching questions are not sent to any AI or cloud service for processing — all analysis, including the on-device language model, happens locally on your computer.
The first time you open the AI Coach, the app downloads a coaching model (a model file, several hundred megabytes) from a public file host to your device. This is a one-time download of a model file; no personal data is sent with the request (it is an ordinary file download, like downloading any file in a browser). The model is stored on your device and used for local inference only. You can delete the downloaded model at any time from the app’s Coach tab or by removing it from your file system.
The app does not require an account, does not ask you to log in, and does not collect personal information you enter. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or the contents of your replays. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is bundled in the Windows app.
The Windows desktop app currently displays no advertising. The rewarded-ad unlock flow that exists in the mobile apps is satisfied locally in the Windows build — no ad network is contacted, and no advertising identifiers or ad-related data are collected or shared. If an advertising provider (for example, Microsoft Advertising) is added to the Windows app in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what that provider collects.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is a sports-analytics tool intended for a general audience 13+.
The app may show optional links to external coaching resources (for example, training videos and training-pack codes). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Effective date” above.
